About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading projects from brief to final delivery on time and on budget coordinating the teams internally, the creatives agencies and the clients (brand managers, procurement, Cost Controller).

A thorough understanding of all areas of content production and new production technologies are an advantage.

He/she will be client focused and have good communication skills as well as organization and time management skills, to interact both with clients and internal production departments whilst always focusing on delivery, quality & process.

The successful candidate will be joining an international leading the business in English.

  

Client Management Responsibilities

  • Immerse yourself in the client's brand and offering. Biggest pharma brands holding in the world, you will enjoy if you are interested in the pharma sector.
  • Set and manage deliverables, timeframes and client expectations.
  • Build strong day to day relationships with everyone: agency colleagues, clients, and media agency - communication is key!
  • Ensure clients understand agreed workflows and manage them through the process
  • You will manage training for clients to ensure their adherence to processes and improve workflow.
  • Demonstrate ability to write, prepare and present documents and reports that are tailored to each clients, style, preference, knowledge and experience.
